- Any additional charges, such as taxes and fees, are to be paid by the guest at the time of booking.
- Guests must pay their balance in the currency specified on the website.
- We reserve the right to request additional forms of payment if necessary.

- We do not accept cash payments.
- Security deposits will be adjusted for the notice period and damages. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
- All cancellations must be made and confirmed in writing. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to check-in time will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in time will be refunded at a rate of 50% of the total paid for the reservation.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of check-in or after the check-in date.

- Do not bring any visitors into the home without permission from the host.
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
- No large parties or gatherings.
- Keep the space clean and tidy.
- No extra guests not included in the reservation.
- Be mindful of electricity and water usage.
- Dispose of trash properly.
- Ask permission to use items that are not included in the rental.
- Guests must report any damage to the host within 24 hours of check-in.
- The guest is responsible for replacing or paying for any damage to the property or its contents caused by the guest or their visitors during their stay.
- Damage costs may be taken from the security deposit.
- If the cost of the damage is higher than the security deposit, the guest is responsible for covering the remaining costs.
- The host reserves the right to inspect the property before and after the guest’s stay.
- If the guest fails to report any damage to the host, the guest may be held liable for any further damage caused.
- Photos of any damage must be provided by the guest upon request.
- Guests are expected to follow the host’s rules and regulations to ensure that the property remains in good condition.
